A learning process informed by adult development research—offers an actionable process for aligning your cognitive and affective systems so that they move in the same direction and make progress on what matters most to you. MBAC brings awareness to critical information hidden from your emotional network, in what is called the "second brain," into a visible place where you can actively make choices on some of the ways you have done things in the past and some of the life experiences that have informed your accepted truths about yourself and the world. When your mind-body system is aligned with your authentic self, you're reflectively moving what is unconscious into your mindful state, and you're better able to manifest your values through your leadership.
